SECTION 1: Terms and Conditions for Contestants During Camp
1. Eligibility
A Contestants must be a female Nigerian citizen between the ages of 18 and 28.
Contestant must not be married, pregnant, or a mother.
Contestants must possess good moral character and be free from any criminal record.
2. Submission Disclaimer
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection.
The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
3. Accuracy of Information
All information provided must be truthful and accurate.
Any falsified data will lead to automatic disqualification.
4. Consent & Rights
By applying, you grant the organizers rights to use your image, name, voice, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes related to Miss Ekimogun.
5. Policy Agreement
Contestants affirm they have read and accepted all policies and terms associated with
Miss Ekimogun 2025, including prize terms, bootcamp rules, and winner obligations.
6. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with any term may result in disqualification or revocation of title.
SECTION 2: BOOTCAMP RULES & CONDITIONS
1. Attendance & Participation
Attendance throughout the two-week bootcamp is mandatory.
Daily participation in scheduled activities, rehearsals, training, and assessments is compulsory.
2. Conduct & Behavior.
Contestants must maintain discipline, hygiene, punctuality, and respect toward fellow contestants and officials.
Any form of bullying, violence, or misconduct will lead to disqualification.
3. Visitation & Communication
Visits from family and friends will only be allowed on approved days.
Use of mobile phones may be restricted to certain hours.
4. Christmas Break & Bonuses
A Christmas break will be optional during bootcamp for those who wish to go home.
All contestants will receive Christmas packages and gifts regardless of their participation during the break.
5. Health & Safety
The organizers will provide basic health services, but contestants are expected to declare any existing medical condition beforehand.
6. Media & Promotion
Contestants agree to participate in all promotional activities including interviews, photo shoots, and social media engagements.
SECTION 3: PRIZES & SPONSORSHIP TERMS

A car (branding to remain for 2 years)
One-year ambassadorial contract.
Cash prize.
Christmas bonus/package during camp.
1ST RUNNER-UP
Cash prize.
One-year ambassadorial contract.

SECTION 4: PRIZE DELIVERY & CONDITIONS
1. Verification
Prizes will be awarded only after verification of contestant identity and fulfillment of all obligations.
2. Delivery Timeline
Cash prizes: Paid within 12 months of reign.
Physical items (car, wardrobe, etc.): Handed over within 45 days post-event.
Ambassadorial and trip engagements: Based on sponsor and partner schedules.
3. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Prizes are subject to applicable tax deductions in line with Nigerian laws.
Winners may be required to sign media and brand partnership contracts.
4. Sponsorship Disclaimer
All prizes are subject to availability and sponsorship.
The organizers (02 Entertainment) are indemnified against any delays or failures resulting from third-party (sponsor) unavailability or withdrawal.
5. Organizer Share
All cash gifts, sponsorship donations, endorsements, and event-based earnings (from the boot camp, final day, or during reign) are subject to a 30% allocation to 02 Entertainment.
This is to cover brand investment, management, event logistics, and year-round administrative support.
This applies to both direct and indirect income or benefits obtained through Miss
Ekimogun representation.
Non-compliance may result in disqualification, title revocation, or legal action.
SECTION 5: WINNER & RUNNER-UP ENGAGEMENT TERMS
1. Ambassadorial Role
Must attend brand events, campaigns, and community outreach activities as directed by the organizers.
Maintain high public standards in speech, dressing, and social conduct.
2. Brand Protection Clause
Winner must protect and uphold the Miss Ekimogun brand.
No external brand endorsements without written consent from the organizers.
3. Car Use Policy
Branding on the winner’s car must not be removed for a minimum of 2 years.
The car remains property of the organizers until all brand obligations are completed.
4. Revocation Clause
Any breach of duty, misconduct, or non-compliance with obligations may lead to title revocation and retrieval of awards.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By submitting the registration form:
You agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies and terms.
You accept that non-compliance with these terms may result in disqualification or loss of privileges.
You acknowledge the authority of 02 Entertainment as the sole custodian and executor of Miss Ekimogun 2025.
